How does therapy cure Bulimia and Cutting?? What do they do to get you to stop. Couldn’t I just stop myself without help?

Because you are dealing with a professional who is trained in dealing with this. They can help by getting you to talk about your feelings, or whatever and try to figure out why you are doing these things. Once you have an idea what is causing it, you are on the road to recovery. Talking to someone also helps keep you accountable.
