I have bipolar and I’d like to know of the possible reasons for how it may have happened. I remember that I wasn’t always like this. I remember being normal and happy when I was just a boy, about 5 or 6 years old.
So there must have been something along the way that caused me to turn into this horrible person.

It’s said that the disorder can be carried on the 23rd chromosome, so there wasn’t necessarily anything YOU did or happened to you to cause this.

I think the biggest issue is malnutrition and dehydration. Plus the damage caused by the pills prescribed for these “diseases”. Pooey. Here’s a great book for you: “Eat to Live” by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
Drink water, stop eating fast food, junk food and processed food. No “rock star” type drinks, and no alcohol. Do you smoke? stop.
When the brain is fed and watered correctly, it works correctly.
