Ok, so there is this guy at my school.
Lets call him, Joe.
By the way there are only 8 people in my class (7th),
4 girls, 4 boys
I’ll tell u the cliques just to get a better understanding of
My Sit-chee-ashun!
I know ur like “how can there be cliques with only 8 students?!?!?”
Well, I’ll tell you one thing, its possilble!
All 4 boys are friends
-popular boys-
None of them are hot, let me tell u that..
One of the boys is athletic
And the other are kinda like the video game type
Like, the boys on TV that are always shooting people with pretend
“machine guns”
I know your thinking “And these are the popular ones?”

Then, me and my friend McKaylah are the popular girls

Then the other two girls, Mary and Melinda, are the kinda shunned ones,
The boys call Mary a “nerd”, but the call Melinda “frogget”
Melinda’s called frogget because, well, she’s not that smart, not to be mean, but she’s more like a C+ student,
So one day when my english teacher was passing out homework and Joe and Melinda’s homework accidently go switched. And Joe was like “this isnt my paper? Oh its Melinda’s! No wonder she spelled forget wrong! Oh my god she spelled it F-R-O-G-G-E-T! that spells frogget!”
And ever since then they boys have been calling her “Frogget” and making frog sounds whenever she talks to them or about them.

So anyway, Mary and Melinda are kinda like the “geeks” or the “losers” you could say

Some Basic Background Info on Joe:
Most popular in the grade
Not that hot, like not even hot
Really funny
HIS ADDICTION IS ATTENTION, ALL HE WANTS TO BE IS RECOGNIZED ALLLLLL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He’s always talking about video games
Let’s just say he’s not an A+ student…. or a B+ student, not even a C+
And he’s friends with only the 4 boys in our grade and the 11 other people in the 8th grade.

So, Here’s the problem…..
I just don’t understand Joe most of the time!!!
Like, I said, HE’S AN ATTENTION ADDICT
And, I mean, he’s really bad at it too,
Like you can always tell when Joe wants you to hear him say stuff
and when he wants attention
And it’s really annoying, too!!
Like whenever he’s sitting in front of me and my friend in class, he’s always like sitting sideways, when he wants you to hear stuff
And he’ll like take a peek at if your listening or not and it’s
so annoying!!!
I used to fall for that, in like 6th grade
But, now its just so annoying!!!!

And another thing about Joe!
Ok, he really confuses me because I don’t know whether
Im his friend? or at least acquaintance? or what!!
Because he’s always trying to make me laugh, and talking to me when it’s not appropiate timing
And then,
one little slip up and its like he hates me!
Like, I’ll be talking to my friend McKaylah and she’ll say something sorta ghetto or make fun of something ghetto, then he’ll be like
“Wow, that’s so sad. They think their sooooooooo ghetto!”
And then his friends will laugh
And then he’ll start a whole riot over nothing
And then I’m thinking “What the heck just happen?”
And it’s so confusing because this will all hapen in the SAME DAY!
So I’m sitting here confused thinking,
Is he my friend or my enemy!!!!!!
And 4 all those people that r probably thinking he likes you…
its not happening
i swear he doesnt like me
Maybe McKaylah, but not me
And don’t say “Well, u never know?”
No, I do know!
Trust me if u went to my school u wuld figure it out!

But, anyway
I just don’t get it
And why are boys just so mean!??!??!??

i just got too tired to read the whole question … like wow.. life story here… no need for that. anyways he likes you, and hes an attenion (/\)hore who wants to talk to you whenever hwe gets the chance, and then he wants to impress you by making a big scene and trying to show off his ‘popularity’.. as pathetic as his ‘popularity’ is…

Wow, middle school drama. let those loser gamer kids be losers by themselves, they sound like emo kids hiding their low-self esteem by trying to be funny. Just dont notice him, and let him be an idiot with the rest of his friends. also, none of you seem to be popular. So yeah. anyways, he isnt really mean, its just he has his head too far up his ass to notice what he is doing, or wait, to put it simply: he plays too much games to know how to act around girls, or to know how to interact with people in real life, except for those that play games like him. So whatever he’s doing, he probably doesnt intend it for the way you think he intends.
