Why Is My Left Fingers Tingling When I Wake Up?
Question by sweetlykestrawberries: Why is my left fingers tingling when I wake up?
I have anxiety and the doctor put me on xanax for my nerves.i am only taking a half of .5 a day he said i could take more if i needed but i dont want to become addicted so i was taking only that amount. i have only been taking it for 3 days but prior to this I had developed a tingling in my right fingers Its mainly my pointer finger on my right hand and my left foot tingle. It doesn’t do it anytime during the day usually. Only whenever I first wake up. I know your going to say I am laying on them wrong but I dont. I lay flat on my back and do not twist my feet or legs.I’m kinda unsure of why my right fingers and left foot tingles. I woke up about an hour ago my foot has stopped tingling but my right fingers are still feeling like pins and needles. any info from any personal experiences or anything would be great.Thanks.
I meant to say right fingers tongling in the main headline question….IT ISNT MY LEFT FINGERS TINGLING ITS MY RIGHT FINGERS and my left foot…lol sorry

Sounds like nerves in your neck are getting pressure from slight misalignment. The other possibility is neuropathy. Are you diabetic?
BTW, get off that Xanax and get this book:

It’s far more effective at CURING anxiety, whereas the Xanax will never, ever cure you of anything other than personal wealth, perhaps.
