I have days when if i don’t take an Ibuprofen i have terrible headaches and the pain will not disappear unless i take a quite noticeable quantity of Ibuprofen. But lately my stomach hurts and it’s so upset and i feel kinda sick.
Does anyone have any kind of experience of addiction on ibuprofen or something like that? Any info will be appreciated.

i have a problem taking advil Pm also.
& yes it is addictive just like any other drug.
I dont know how to stop though , & i take way too many for my weight.

Ibuprofen is not at all a drug of addiction.
It’s a non-steriodal anti-inflammatory pain reliever. You can probably build a tolerance to the drug…. but even that is unlikely.
You should follow the instructions on the box perfectly, unless your dr has advised otherwise (its extremely rare that a dr will advise otherwise)
As most people are aware, Ibuprofen can cause minor stomach irritations to stomach ulcers that requires a dr care or hospitalisation.
YOU need to see a dr regarding both your headache and your stomach irritation. If you have headaches that are not relieved with appropriate pain relief then duh, see a dr. Self medicating with a “quite noticeable quantity of ibuprofen” as you voiced is irresponsible and just plain stupid.
Headaches are no fun, but stomach ulcers are even worse! Take proper care of yourself.
