it’s better to be addicted to exercise than to fast food.

1) It can cause you to be around people with the same eratic behavior
2) Excessive time exercising….duh. Focus on vitamins, health, “cures” and other things.
3) Can lead to anorexia, binge eating, buhlemia (sp?) & food disorders.
4) this one i’m not sure of.
5) Treat with visit to therapist, eating a healthy diet, change of friends, etc.    Read more...
