Hey guys this is a serious problem I am not joking around or anything. Please refrain from flaming or spamming.

I am now in high school but when I moved last year to my current school from my old school which I went to for 6 years I lost a lot of friends and a lot of contact. I came here and whilst I had no friends really or anything to do I took up playing Counter Strike Source. I ended up being really good at it etc going into leagues and all that. Over the summer I ended up playing for a good 6 hours or more per day. I didnt go outside much or anything. Now I have a problem I have quit for the majority but I still get on for 1 hour or so per day. I really need help quitting it.    Read more...
