Addiction/Motivation Help?

Question by Anton: Addiction/Motivation Help?
Hey guys this is a serious problem I am not joking around or anything. Please refrain from flaming or spamming.

I am now in high school but when I moved last year to my current school from my old school which I went to for 6 years I lost a lot of friends and a lot of contact. I came here and whilst I had no friends really or anything to do I took up playing Counter Strike Source. I ended up being really good at it etc going into leagues and all that. Over the summer I ended up playing for a good 6 hours or more per day. I didnt go outside much or anything. Now I have a problem I have quit for the majority but I still get on for 1 hour or so per day. I really need help quitting it.

Also before I had motivation to go outside go work out play basketball (which I used to LOVE and be obsessed with) but now there is nothing. Even though friends arent a real problem for me neither are girls but I just cannot organize and prioritize my personal time. I end up jsut wasting it watchign movies playing games like CSS or COD4 or something. I know I should get out more but I just cant force myself to do anything and I do not have that much energy.

Please give me suggestions on anything that relates to the above thanks guys.

the reason you are tired is because you are not dong anything.
go hang out with friends more often. join a sport/club and you’ll get more excercise. just push yourself, and keep at it and then soon enough, you’ll like excercising. see for me, i found something that motivated me and i now run every day and i used to hate it, now i lvoe it. so just push yourself. tell your family or friends whats up. you dont have to tell them everything. you could just say you wanna get out more..etc. and tell them not to let you on the computer anymore. lol. just try things thatll help you push yourself when there is a day when it is hardest.
goodluck!
