Are There Any Competent Trauma Therapists in Illinois Who Treat PTSD and Adult Survivors of Abuse?

Question by Piet: Are there any competent trauma therapists in Illinois who treat PTSD and Adult Survivors of Abuse?
I’m an adult survivor of childhood abuse and currently dealing with severe anxiety, and possibly ptsd. Has anyone found a competent yet caring PSYCHOLOGIST from Illinois(near chicago) who treats these concerns?

I’m open to different locations if the therapist is located in chicago, or nearby suburb(no more than an hour away). Very few social workers and counselors seem to have enough experience with trauma clients. However, if anyone knows of someone who does, I’m open to meeting them for an initial interview.

It must be someone with years of EXPERIENCE treating trauma patients, who has had SUCCESS with various clients. I know many professionals with tons of clients, and none of their clients have improved, and many even committed suicide, or gotten worse. Also, someone reasonably priced would be great, under $ 80 if possible, but if not, still mention their name and location. Thanks
