I think I may have an internet/gaming addiction.
I spend too much time on it,
and its causing my grades to drop. i am slightly confused though, because i don’t play MMORPG’S like WoW, or spend anytime on online chat sites, appropriate or otherwise. I have a Facebook, a YouTube account and an Email.
That’s the extent of my internet memberships. At school, I have a lot of friends, and am on the track and Cross Country team of my own free will. And while I’m not the best, I do run a mile in under 6 minutes, so
i don’t exactly fit the description of the useless nerd on the team. Before February, i was able to play for hours on end without consequences, but this week i have not done my math homework once.

People normally have 46 chromosomes in each cell. Two of the 46 chromosomes, known as X and Y, are called sex chromosomes because they help determine whether a person will develop male or female sex characteristics. Females typically have two X chromosomes (46,XX), and males have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome (46,XY).
47,XYY syndrome is caused by the presence of an extra copy of the Y chromosome in each of a male’s cells. As a result of the extra Y chromosome, each cell has a total of 47 chromosomes instead of the usual 46. It is unclear why an extra copy of the Y chromosome is associated with tall stature, learning problems, and other features in some boys and men.

I dont think theres something like a book to bring u out of depression just try something funny which can make u feel happy and confident. Better get along with some mischievious friends or a horse ride swimming etc.

take a walk. plan from 6 to 7 say every day to walk a short distance. try its a blue day or a mango shaped space. these books are only a couple thatwill keep you interested enough to stay off the computer til they are read.
