Computer Addiction Problems?

I have had my computer since 2009, since I have had it my school grades and socialization has dropped, Im often up till around 12am-2am on weekdays and find myself extremely tired during school which has made me skip school sometimes without my parents knowing, I am often stressed or feel depressed so I rely on my computer, I have loads of fun on it (11 hours a day est) I have friends. You may say get out and hang out with your friends, but these friends are also on the computer and as or even more unmotivated than me, I dont know what to do. I am 17, I hate sports and the people that play it and have no job. How do I reduce hours spent on the computer, More sleep and do more physical activities before I become extremely unfit with back and eye problems.

Only way to do it is to “push the button” and walk away.

i have the same problem… and try to fight it… i only stopped using my computer when i repaired it… but only way is to limit it somehow… turn it off… go out of the room when learning… when you do this, the second thing will be your cell phone and any other way of communication.. sounds maybe a bit weird but you’ll see…
