I used to have 2 cups of caffeinated drip coffee everyday and quit cold turkey and I was okay after 5 days , first few days I was tired alittle and craving a tasty coffee, but In the past Month that I quit everyday Coffee I still had about 7 coffee’s ” In the month” including one yesterday, does having a coffee on occasion bring back the coffee caffeine addiction. And the reason I wanted to stop daily coffee was because I didn’t like the crash and loss of energy.

Georgio, Getting off of coffee, in the longterm, is great for your health. However, having an occassional cup of coffee is not so bab for you (ie: good anti-oxidants). Sugar, simple carbohydrate diet (pasta, breads and rice) and other caffeine from softdrinks can contribute to that crash feeling.
You might also try to adding B vitamins. In general, these are good for energy, nerve function, immune system enhancement and support and increase the rate of metabolism. If you take it as a supplement be careful and follow the recommendations for dosage on the bottle because overdose of some of the B vitamins can be dangerous.
