I am tall like 5’9 and my doctor says I am obese. My blood sugar level is one less away from developing pre diabetes. I am addicted to sweets especially chocolate, cakes and cookies and last but not least ice cream. I always tell myself I’m not gonna eat sweets anymore. My addiction is bad for lent I gave up sweets but ended up eating them. When I am depressed I fel happy when I eat “bad” food. Don’t know what to do I feel like I’m getting fatter and I’m afraid of getting diabetes.

Umm well maybe you should watch a documentary. Did you know you could die from a heart attack?

if u are really addicted, then dont stop eating. try to cut it down, and you need to have regular exercise to burn all the calories back. by regular exercise it means 5x/week 20mins a day.
