Question by G: How do you overcome an addiction that your embarrassed of?
Its amazing how easy it is to fall into an addiction, it could be videogames, porn, smoking etc.
Over the last year I have fallen deeper and deeper into my own addiction and I lost many, many hours to it. I watch as my mind focuses on only 1 direction and the next thing I notice is that the whole night is gone.
I am embarrassed about my actions and have not told a single person.
How can I combat this alone?

Well maybe you can tell someone you dont know for its less embarrising. talking always helps..

hey man your not alone trust me dude there are way more people like you, just go to gaming forums and tell em about it and see if they fixed the problems or go to a fellow gamer and he might tell you without flaming you
