How to Break a Chewing Gum Addiction?

Question by Hikamaru: How to break a chewing gum addiction?
I can’t go a minute without a piece of gum in my mouth. If I take the gum out, I feel like i’m gagging and need to have a piece of gum. I hate this. The addiction to gum isn’t helping me. It’s actually making my breath bad. I need to stop chewing it! Is there any way to break this awful habit while keeping the side effects away?

Just chew the gum. Who doesn’t love gum?

The way you do this is to keep every single pack or piece of gum away where you can’t get it. When ever you start having the feeling of chewing drink hot water and slowly and limit your self with gum to 1 piece every now and then (couple of days to a week)
