I’m Stuck in an Extremely Unhealthy Cycle and Don’t Know How to Break Out of It?

Question by : I’m stuck in an extremely unhealthy cycle and don’t know how to break out of it?
I have several habits that i thought I had kicked but apparently are still present. I recently lost a lot of weight and was feeling very confident about myself and my nhealthy eating habits. Lately though I have found that when i am upset about something i am going back to food, I’ll have a day where I bing then the next day won’t eat at all to try and balance it out. I know this isn’t healthy,I always feel awful after and say I won’t do it again, but i do. The other issue is insecurity, I am dating someone who is great to me, but as soon as something seems slightly ‘off”, like cancelling plans or not calling, i immediatly go into panic mode and begin to stress about it. I don’t verbalize this to him, but it is driving me crazy. I have a full life i work, run, go out with my friends, how do i change my way of thinking to be more positive?

Whenever you think about food, do 50 pushups and run a mile.

Have trust in your partner. Relationships can be a real stress-er if you get paranoid about them. As for your eating habits, you should try to get into a cycle of certain times you eat each day, and keep up with it. It takes lots of work to break a bad habit, and once its broken you will feel a lot better throughout your day. Hope this helped >.<
