Things like alcoholism, drug addictions, and/or eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia.

What is your opinion on titling these as “diseases”?

Personally, I don’t consider them diseases. This is not due to ignorance. My brother is addicted to drugs, my father is an alcoholic, and I struggled with anorexia for 4 years. Please respect my opinions. I would really like to hear other perspectives.

CANCER is a disease. They are all deadly. But I personally don’t think they are diseases.

Disease? No. But they’re definitely a problem detrimental to one’s health, I just don’t think “disease” is the right term to call it

Can paranoia and anxiety be caused because of meth addiction, even after being clean for just a little more then a year? (if i have been addicted for 3 years, including IV use).

Or should i look for the causes somewhere else? Because it is at times difficult to see if i’m healing or the opposite.

No, it can definitely be caused from a meth addiction. Paranoia and anxiety are symptoms of many drug addictions in fact.
