Question by : I’m stuck in an extremely unhealthy cycle and don’t know how to break out of it?
I have several habits that i thought I had kicked but apparently are still present. I recently lost a lot of weight and was feeling very confident about myself and my nhealthy eating habits. Lately though I have found that when i am upset about something i am going back to food, I’ll have a day where I bing then the next day won’t eat at all to try and balance it out. I know this isn’t healthy,I always feel awful after and say I won’t do it again, but i do. The other issue is insecurity, I am dating someone who is great to me, but as soon as something seems slightly ‘off”, like cancelling plans or not calling, i immediatly go into panic mode and begin to stress about it. I don’t verbalize this to him, but it is driving me crazy. I have a full life i work, run, go out with my friends, how do i change my way of thinking to be more positive?    Read more...

Question by : How can I end my addiction to sugar, salt and fatty junk food?
I want to eat a more natural, whole food diet.
But I get the urges to binge on sugary, salty, fatty junk food and fast food, and just yesterday I had a terrible binge on pizza, chips and chocolate.

How can I control my sweet tooth? Salty and Fatty tooth?

Is there a way to stop craving junk and start craving fruits and veggies?
