I just can’t understand why smokers find it so hard to quit smoking when it is notoriously known as unhealthy habit. And why so many youth fall victim by this vice.

Same reason why we eat Junk food, Drinking Beer, Speeding.. its all dangerous but does something for you.
Smoking is relaxing and very addicting!..

Some people, like me, start smoking to help calm there nerves because of stress. When you give your body enough of something for long enough it gets used to having it and thinks it needs it. Thats why its so hard for some people to quit.
